Past 1 mth..

Haven been updating my blog for sometime..if i say is coz i ve been too busy, i tink it is a lousy excuse coz i believe, no matter hw busy, if u really wanna do sumthing u will find a time to do it..ultimately it is e tot tt matters.

Anyway for my case, i guess i am jus lazy and tired frm all the lesson plans. Ha bt life has been so far so gd. Time jus flies & i am alrdy in my 5th wk of practicum. Glad to ve a nice sch, gd CT & ppl whom i can get along wif..wat else can i ask for? Hmm or maybe better students? Coz currently my classes are really a challenge. Esp e p2 class wif so many who behave like ADHD kids..my CT has alrdy warned me tt dis class is famous for all e bad things bt precisely becoz of tt, if i am able to handle dis class, other classes wont be as much a prob anymore.

However, i was rather guilty of making dis P2 boy cry today. I ve already warned them so many times nt to touch anything when i am teaching & i will confiscate watever they touch. Well apparently they are trying to test my limits. SO in order to shw tt i mean business, i asked for e boy's wallet which he was toying wif. I told him strictly tt i ve already given him chances to keep but he did not. Maybe i was too fierce, coz after i confiscated his wallet, he started crying. Whole class was turning & looking at him. I demanded them to look at me & listen to me while i cont to ignore e boy. Haiz sad case, coz i have to be dis fierce in order to get them to listen to me quietly.

But i really feel tt teaching is a challenge wif so many different & difficult students to handle. Right nw i am still learning, & tinking of hw to get e students to listen to me. I shall end this blog wif dis interesting quote tt amplifies e challenge of a teacher: "When a doctor has to treat 40 patients at a time or when a lawyer has to attend to his 40 clients at a time, tt's when they understand wat being a teacher means. "
