NUS dragonboat team will survive

Before turning up for e race on sunday, i even went to pray tt Marcus team will win & keep e PM cup. However luck was not on our side, we lost to NTU by a few secs. Haiz is so so sad..we need to rebuild tt 3 yrs to keep e cup. It was a blow to NUS team for both e gers & guys PM cup are won by NTU! But nvm i am v sure we can win back e cup nxt yr. I was so worried tt Marcus will breakdown or wat for he put in so much effort into dragonboat. Luckily he was ok..i tink he was quite relieved tt he is finally retiring from his captain position or maybe coz they beat NTU in e other men's open race. He did mention abt nt being able to sleep at nite due to e pain of losing e cup but i am glad he recovered first. Very quickly he is into his final task before he step dwn. It is also sweet of him to ve tot of getting gifts for e coach, sports officer & e graduating seniors. Eventually we settled on getting boxers for e 10+ graduating dragonboaters so there i was, helping him choose boxers for 10+ big men & den bringing everything to e customer service to get them to help us wrap..they muz be v sianz to ve to wrap so much for us..haha. Wat i cant imagine is e looks on their faces when they get their gifts on fri gathering dinner. Marcus say wanna ask them stand 1 line to stand pics wif their gifts..heh we took effort to choose diff colors for each of them so they shd be more apprectiative.
